How does the technology work?
Patented PulSync technology
The ADVATx is based on our patented pulse synchronization technology, or PulSync.
It consists of two laser modules, one emitting 1064nm, the other 1319nm, and a modular Q-Switch to generate a train of pulses. These pulses are synchronized and sent simultaneously through an LBO, or non-linear crystal, which combines the wavelengths of the respective 1064nm and 1319nm photons to generate a 589nm, or yellow, light.

Advanced Soft Pulsing energy delivery system (589 nm)
Thanks to Soft Pulsing, energy delivery takes place in a controlled manner, with the duration of the individual pulse and the spacing between pulses significantly shorter than the relaxation time of the vessels.
The result is that the right energy is delivered to the cells within the Thermal Relaxation Time (TRT) of the epidermis, so that the body perceives the pulses delivered as a continuous wave of energy.
This innovation allows for longer pulses without damaging the epidermis and generates photocoagulation rather than cell disruption.
With this, ADVATx delivers all the known therapeutic benefits of yellow light, minimizing discomfort and without the undesirable side effects associated with PDL (Pulsed Dye Laser).
It is important to know that the 1319 nm wavelength is delivered as a continuous wave, allowing controlled and gradual heating of the tissue for optimal fibroblast proliferation and reduction of sebum production from the sebaceous glands.

- The increase in temperature in the fibroblasts results in the stimulation of collagen I, III and VII production;
- It also results in an increase in the thickness and density of the skin, reducing wrinkles and scars;
- Reduces oiliness by acting on the sebaceous glands;
- Due to the thermal stimulus, it stimulates the healing response;
Synergistic Effect
Together, the 589 nm + 1319 nm and the Soft Pulsing effect have a synergistic effect that makes it possible to treat both wavelengths in the same session, acting on photocoagulation and photooxidation, without damage to the epidermis or risk to the patient.
